Overview and Challenges

Paloma Blanca is a bridal dress manufacturer with multiple sub brands, each having its own collection of media assets used by retailers across different regions. The goal of this project was to design a structured dashboard system that allows retailers to access brand documents, images, and videos while also enabling them to order dresses for display in their stores. The platform also required separate dashboards for area heads and super admin to manage the entire system efficiently. The main challenge was handling multiple user roles while keeping the interface simple and easy to use. The dashboard had to support large asset libraries, ordering features, and region based access without making the experience confusing. We also needed to ensure that the admin could control users, documents, and collections from one place while the retailers could only see the content assigned to them. This required careful workflow planning and multiple iterations before moving to development.

Key Features and Outcome

We designed a retailer dashboard where vendors could browse collections, download media files, and place orders for available dresses. An area head dashboard was created to monitor data based on assigned regions, and a super admin dashboard was built to manage users, documents, and collections across the platform. The system was designed with clear role based permissions so that each user only had access to the required information. During development, I worked closely with the team to ensure the structure worked correctly with dynamic content and large media libraries. The flows were reviewed multiple times and tested across different user roles to avoid errors in the final build. The result was a clean and well organized dashboard that simplified daily operations for retailers while giving the management team full control over the platform.
